Took my car in for its first service and they did a great job. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I wasn’t made aware that the service would take over 2 hrs and they had no loaner cars so was forced to sit and wait.
Samer went out of his way and took amazing care of me! I'm from Fresno and getting up here to get serviced is a bit of a hassle! He made my experience as painless as a stupid expensive visit could be! LOL And He met my time line! The entire service department took special care of me and my baby! See you again, Gary Steinert

We had a situation where multiple unrelated issues just coincidentally happened back to back with the car. The guys that helped me were personable and professional. The dealership touched up some paint damage that did not appear to be part of their initial appraisal which was a nice courtesy. Their “no haggle” feature is less of a customer benefit and more of a dealer benefit- it’s a tough market to buy a used car in, and this policy is clearly in place so they never have to come down on price, which is not ideal considering the prices they set. My experience at the dealership was great! Everyone was so helpful and it made this whole process so much better than what I was used to. I usually don't like to step into a dealership because once I'm there, I feel like I'm locked in but this place was not like that at all. It was a great experience!

My experience at Maserati of Stevens Creek, was great. I am very happy with my new 2017 Maserati Ghibli that I am now leasing. They have some excellent lease specials available that are very reasonably priced. If you have ever thought of owning and/or leasing a Maserati now is your chance! If you're in the market for a new luxury car don't think that think that purchasing a Maserati is out of reach. Their finance department worked with me and got me a great deal.
